First file RTI Application/request letter to your Banker and obtain certified copies of paid cheques.  preserve all correspondence in a separate file, issue a legal notice requesting for refund of the amount stating legal grounds, and consult a good lawyer as to whether this can be treated as Consumer case for deficiency of services, which costs less time and money.

First issue legal notice to the company claiming your demand, consult your lawyer and proceed further.
