The daughters of your grandfather are also entitled to have their share in their father's property as they are the Class I heirs of their father. The fact that they were married before 1980 is immaterial.

i have heard dat there is a law wen daughters married before 1988 are not eligible..can u explain dis?

That is in respect of the coparcenary property and not  in respect of one's own father's property. A daughter is always entitled to the property of her father being his class I heir. Go thru hindu succession act.
