Or discuss in person with a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor/Service matters and having successful track record…
Check at your location which courts are available e.g; Labor Court/CGIT/CAT/Civil Courts/HC/SC and prepare your own list of top counsels ( 5-10) and chose……….
If you are eligible seek free legal aid from DLSA…..i..e usually in courts complex………
Or visit e-courts website of your location and you may find that a workman can seek legal aid….
