Dear all ,
I had changed my sirname from Suryavanshi to Patil when i was in middle of 10th std.
sirname on my all document is Patil like on LC, BOARD CERTIFICATE AND OTHER !
my question is, is it neccessory to show my change of sir name gazzete copy or other regarding documents?? i dont have that gazzete copy.
what to do ??
