dear sirs,
a case was registered in 2009 of 420 of rs 26000 rs. in 2012 that person came to know that there was a case registered against him. since the case is registered in haryana and the person stays in maharashtra. the local court has issued some arrest warrant against him. now can he apply for bail? or in this stage can he go and quash the case in court since the complainant is ready to compromise without any problems.
pls suggest. surrender, or apply for bail or quashing and can that arrest warrant be cancelled?
