Hello Sir/Madam,
I have finalized a flat in bangalore for 30 lakh. Entire payment is made through Loan & cheque.
20 Lakh is via loan and 10 lakh in cash. The prevailing guidance values is aproximately 10 lakh for this property. I wish to register this property @ 20 Lakh instead of 30 Lakh.
Is it right? I am registering at a price that is way higher than the guidance value. Will there be any implication for buyer or seller later? The seller is investing entire amount to buy another property. Please me know how to proceed?
