Many ordinary salaried people have purchased a Plot in RERA approved Plotting project of Ansal in Sector 67 A
Now after paying heavily for the plot , Gurugram DC office is refusing registration of plots . Such a decision is causing lot of trouble to ordinary citizens who have spent their life long savings to purchase such plots.
The project is RERA approved .
My Question is when a project is RERA approved , How a ordinary citizen will know that PLOT cannot be registered after paying heftily. It looks that RERA approval does not consider such factors for giving approvals.
Does RERA approval does not mean anything for Plot registration by the DC office
How ordinary people can know ?
