I am a 24 year old guy from rural area in karnataka. Near to my house a Liquor shop is setting up. Its ALMOST NEAR to one temple (within 100 meters approx). He is saying that he is having License. What can we do? Where shall i seek remedy?

You can give a complaint to police or district collector if the norms or rules in this regard is violated and if possible gather like minded Local people to support your cause.

I fully agree with the opinion and advise of learned senior expert Mr. T Kalaiselvan, put social pressure on local authorities as well as licensing authority to shift the shop from the vicinity.
