Relation between chart sheet and bail

Respected experts

A situation has arisen when interim bail is given for 5 months, lawyer is saying if chargsheet is filed before that then there would not be any need for ab, as the investigation would be complete and there would not be any end for remand, hence only he trial would carry on without any far of arrest till final decision is made. Is this correct. Kindly suggest and advice.

1st of all you should state under which section you have been booked, 2nd of all, this is the 1st time i hearing that an interim bail has been granted and then the lawyer is talking about anticipatory bail? show us the clear picture. if the chargesheet has not been filed within 90 days, bail becomes a matter of right. if the chargesheet is filed before that, there is no gaurantee that you will get the benifit of bail. it will purely depend on the role that has been assigned, the nature of the offence and the judge.
