Hi I worked for a pvt company 2 years and served notice period for 2 months as stated in the appointment letter. They didnt get any replacement and have been asking for releiving letter.Now after 6 months they asked for work details and they told they will give. But now they are saying they have to check individual document. They are delaying my releiving letter and my last settlement.
Taking everyday followup they are not responding.
What to do??
They told me extend i did for 10 days.
They told me to work from home i told i am not interested.
After that no reply. How should i take my next step.
