I am a pregnant woman of 8+ months. My husband took a house on rent in Delhi. Lease is in his name. Agreement was for 11 months and REGISTERED. Rent was fixed at Rs. 14000 pm. This is the fifth month of tenancy. Rent paid on time. Landlord served notice for eviction till 31st May 2013.
At this point of time, i cannot move out. What is the legal relief that can be sought. Please advice.

there will be terms and onditions in lease/rent agreements in general for cancellation of tenancy/enhance of rent/period etc., if there are no conditions to vacate/cancel the tenancy before lease period, need not be vacated till the period. so please find in the lease/rent agreement whether there are such conditions or not
