my husband has changed his religion to Islam. he has religion conversion certificate from Maulana, gazette regarding it, advertisement in newspapers etc...
based on these certificates, he applied for passport and passport came with changed name...
he is a govt employee and needs to go abroad on duty. so the budget will be met by govt. now the problem arises with name.. in service records, there is old name and in passport there is new name...
please suggest me the acts to do to make him live with new name in all identity cards and service registers
