Remarriage after mutual consent terms filed

I signed a mutual consent divorce on 1st November, 2012. The consent terms were not completed so the divorce decree was held back. Consent terms were completed on 28 October, 2012. Remarriage was done on 6 Dec, 2013 without a divorce decree being granted. Is this marriage valid or not?

Both the first n second marriage are under Parsi Marriage Act n Consent Terms signed under the same. all parties involved in the marriage are Parsis

According to hindu marriage act your second marriage is bull and void because you had done your second marriage without getting divorce from your first wife .

There is an answer in query ie, " Remarriage was done on 6 Dec, 2013 without a divorce decree being granted". So tell me how it could be maintainable as per law.

the marriage is null and void if both the parties of first marriage are hindu as per section 11 & 12 of hindu marriage act.

A marriage performed while a marriage is already subsisting, is invalid and ab intio null and void, can be treated as an act of bigamy also.
