by first january the validity of the rent agreement is over.you need to make a fresh rent agreement for another eleven months

firstly, the agreement needs to be seen to give proper advice still if its for 11 months only then it is a leave and licence agreement and not a rent agreement .. see if there is any renewal clause .. if not a fresh agreement is to be executed
