otherwise its not a HC judgment rather a SC judgment.

it is a good judgment but rent laws of every state need overhauling....most of such laws were enacted in 1940-50s....at that time the purpose was different.

now we are a free economy, Right to property may have been excluded from the Constitiution but Right to enjoy the property remains intact.
