RERA 2016 Car Parking!

Hello I represent a group of members in a CHS in Maharashtra. Our housing society was formed in 2010.� We have filed a dispute in the Thane Co-operative court regarding the issue of car parking slot as many members of our building have been "allotted" car parking slots(by the builder vide a letter of allotment) � in the stilt as well as under sheds in open areas and are parking their cars in these slots claiming ownership of the same. Please note there are more cars than these "allotted" slots‎. We are facing lot of hardship in parking our vehicles.� Now that the RERA 2016 allows the builder to legally sell Parking slots; please advise how does this affect our dispute? Does the RERA declare the sale of common areas legal? Please advise asap. Thank you Kind Regards Ashok ‎
