Please reply my query:-
A was a sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for two months for a criminal offence. After the expiry of sentenced, he failed an appeal against his convication and sentence and prayed for condo nation of delay on grand of imprisonment .
Will the court justified in extended the period of limitation in this case?
