Hi ,
I am residing in a society in Bangalore from last 3 years as tenant and now in last GBM they decided that there can not be more than 3 tenant members in 2bhk or 4 tenant members in 3bhk.
I am a bachelor and staying with my 3 other friends(bachelor) in 2 bhk and my owner has no issues about this and now just society association is creating problem and asking to vacate.
Please advice is Society Association is legal to take such decisons to restrict number of tenant members even if owner is fine?
Decision is made for all tenants irrespective family or bachelor.
