The Revenue department issued conflicting certificates. The same land recordsin the two people name..
Part -1 Sy. No. 245
1. 38E issued to tenant in 1975..
2. ROR and pattedarpass books/Title deeds issued in 1996
3. Not entered in 1B records...
Part -2 Sy. No. 245
1. Based on sale deed and other documents Party2 Name entered into Pahanis (Same land).
(There is no excess land in the sy No.) in 1996
2. Land is in the posession of the Party-2
3. Entered in 1B records......
4. I bought the land in 2007 from party-1 beleiving ROR & Pass books ....Even MRO colluded with the Party-1 made me believe everything is allright. He even issued to me ROR, Passbook and Title deeds to keep me in dark.....so that i paid full payments.
5. When i tried to mutate my name new MRO refused my application declared the RORs are false the incharge MRO who issued my ROR and PP got suspended for wrong doings.....

My ? is because of revenue department issued two sets of records for the same land all this has been happening. They should have cancelled the Passbooks and RORs of the Party-1
*******Can i claim from Revenue department to compensate me...............They are hiding the records. I applied for CC of party -2 records file .. They replied the file is not in their office....*****
How a file goes missing... I am suspicious the Department is completely messed up...
