Dear Sir, I am contesting Divorce case .In Section 24 Judge passed Rs 3000 for every presence in the court inspite of her working and earning. Her 125 maintenence case was already dismissed by other family court.
My Query is can I move application against Rs 3000/- maintenence
2-if I will not pay her Rs 3000/- what will be the consequences.
3-What will be the other tricks in delaying this maintenence.
Please help me by giving your valuable suggettions.

@ Rajender: you can file a revision petition before the high court seeking to set aside the order of the lower court granting interim maintenance. If you have not preferred a revision petition and also not willing to pay the maintenance amount without any valid reason, your defence on an application by her side, may be struck down.
About your this question:3-What will be the other tricks in delaying this maintenence:- You have to approach a magician who play tricks to amuse the public and kindly do not use this platform for your such ideas.
