Dear sir,

I have place an application for seeking information under right to information ACT -200 against GSRTC ( “Central office” Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation ) on  24/07/2012. But no one provide me above information within period of 30 days. Then I have make first appeal to GSRTC ( “Central office”  ) on 23/08/2012. after this I have get letter on  30/08/2012 from GSRTC ( “Central office”  ) that required information is not relevant with central office. So they have transfer our application to Public Information officer, Ahmedabad State Transport, Gita Mandir, Ahmedabad.

 So now I want to know that I have to make first appeal again to PIO , State Transport, Ahmedabad or directly make second appeal to Gujarat Information Commission if no one replying for first appeal.

So I hereby requested you , please provide me proper guideline to make second appeal to GIC.
