Rights of Daughters in Fathers property in Uttar Pradesh

My Hindu wife father passed off intestate on December 2017. What is the right for her share in the property of her father.
Is there any difference in treatment for her share in landed property or will she be treated equally in all types of land and building as conferred on a son.
Will Hindu Succession Act amendment 2005 supercede any state laws in uttar pradesh.

If Ur FIL and his sons have not made any registered partition deed then Ur wife will be entitled for her share for ancestral property.

After the death of my FIL the joint property name of his wife and his 1 son has been mutated in revenue records under force. They are selling the property bit by bit. My wife has now filed partition suit against the family in the civil court. Question is - If the land in question is under municipal area, what is her rights. What more can she do ie. Informing Revenue Courts claiming her share and protect her interests.
