Hello All
I need some help. I want to know the validity of a Rs 10 non-judicial stamp paper.
I have borrowed 4000 from my friend i myself write by pen on the stamp paper that i borrowed this much amount at an intrest rate of 20% per month from him and signed it. There is no witness sign nothing on the stamp paper. It is now 4 months. I payed him the amount but didnt collect the stamp paper.
I want to know can he take legal action action against me on the basis of this stamp paper.
