Hi, Any deduction in the payslip could be explained by the concerned payroll. Get detaisl from payroll on the nature of dedcution.

Hi, My Self Nehal I am working as a employee in one pvt. co. Here Pf & Esic are deduct from Salary. but they are showing by allow & Basic salary for Eg. if some one salary is Rs. 3000/- then they will show it as basic 1000/- &allow Rs. 2000/- PF will deduct on Basic & ESIC will deduct on Basic + Allowance. at the Time of Bonus they will pay on Gross Salalry, even grautity is counted on Gross Salary, I want to know that whether this thing is possible.
