Dear Sir,
Pl. suggest me: iam emplyed as area sales manager in a private ltd., company since 1/04/2009. i resigned/seved notice of one month as per company on 2/01/2010.the company has stopped all my payments including my dec '09 salary stating that i will be getting my full and final settlement .Iam deprived of my dec'09 salary what i should get - kindly suggest me what should i be doing now.

Not much time has elapsed. You should keep sweet relations with your previous employer for your future career even, Wait for some more time and make polite representation for your request. On failure, serve a legal notice and then suit for recovery in the civil court.
