my previous company not paid full and final settlement.
its been one year since then they are not responding my calls .
is there any legal way to get my salary
firstly, you'll have to serve a legal notice to your employer for recovery of your lawful dues, if he fails to adhere to the terms of the notice within 15 days of receiving the notice, then you can proceed to file suit for recovery as per contract.In money suit (recovery of money) limitation period is 3 years, so your suit would be well within limitation.
