Salary hold

Hi,

I worked in Novo Lighting Pvt. Ltd. company from March 2015, to March 2016 and resigned after serving the notice period. I was told that I would be receiving the complete payment with 1 month but, it has been 6 months now, and I have recieved only 50% of the amount. My calls and messages are going unanswered. Is there any legal action than can be taken against the employer. I have monthly bank statements as well as all the related documents.

Please Help
