Second marriage without divorce

Hi...

       I'm Christopher... When i was 20 i married a girl who is 25... i loved her from my 18  and registered her in a register office coz of her compeltion... after marriage also we lived seperatedly in our own homes, our parents doesn't know abt our register marriage, But... after we faced lot of problems in life so we gone seperated.. She gone to a different city... No contact between us... We destroyed our marriage certificates and photos too which we took... Now wat i want to know is, wil i get any problem wen i do a re-marriage in my future? Wil the first marriage records wil be saved for the goverment records wil give problems at the time of my marriage? Please help me in this issue... Thank you...

1.
A marriage which subsists (irrespective of present state of relationship of a spouse) one of the spouse re-marries is invalid.


2. If it is a public document then its record keeping are done for 20 years (trace wise is what I mean).


3. It is always better to part via legal ways (when the relationship is already dead) for which little patience is required by either of the existing spouse instead of feeling sorry later suppose if the other one challenges your second marriage !

If u both agree to such divorced life, definitely go 4 MCD. This will aviod much future trouble.

MCD= Mutual Consent Divorce.

Go for MCD o'wise u may face trouble.

Once marriage is registered it consists till you make it last through court. So better to get mutal divorce and it will take only two dates.

else it may create problem in your life.
