I have filed a Divorce op in khammam family court , my wife currently in UK filed VAKALATNAMY which was filed by her local advocate in Khammam .
1) The affidavit signed in UK by my wife in front attorney on 05.01.2018 along with the attorney signature
2) The petition of sec 13 signed by local advocate on 17th Feb 2018
accompnying affidavit to the petition is back dated and filed on 18th Feb 2018
my concern here is :
as backdated affidavait is invalid in the eyes of law
1) her section 13 petition is valid
2) one more thing section 13 petition which was not signed by the party only by her local advocate in Khammam
as per my knowledge sec 13 petition signed and filed by party
hence is this valid or not
clarify me
