The teachers working in Un-aided, Self-financing Professional Colleges (affiliated to the Pune University) are being compelled to sign in and sign off the attedence register every day. It is understood to sign in on daily basis, for the purpose of salay accounts/audit. However, is it justified to compell the teachers to sign off when they leave the college premises after discharging their scheduled duty?
Pl provide me your valuable advice on the said matter. Further, pl inform me the relevant statutes, court judgements, etc.
