Seeking to claim unpaid incentives from management

Dear Sir,

This is Venugopal. i worked in a Real estate company for about 4years. Now i left the company. They have sent me without providing my Performance Incentives. I have the Incentive Slab Letter and also the Achieved Incentive Letter with me. Is there any possiblity to claim the same.

Hi, You have right to cliam your dues as per your contract letter for the services rendered in 4 years.  Send a notice through a lawyer after showing him your appointment letter containing incentive slabs.

Yes. you have a right to claim your earned incentive from the company for which you have to serve a legal notice to them asking them to pay the entire amount due within 15 days of receipt of the legal notice along with interest.

If they fail to do so will have to file suit for recovery in Civil Court in order to claim your unpaid incentive amount.
