we are maintenace engineers undertaking reapir works for State government thermal power stations and railway locomotives mainly locos and earthmovers.we have not registered with service tax.Our turnover around 1.5 crores,now authoorities sent a notice to pay last 5 years service tax,which we cnat collect from our govt customers,can we claim any exemtions?
