The Govt has still not released the forms for ST-3 filing. Till the time the govt does not release the forms, there is no need to worry.

Before releasing ST-3 format for filing return , the department may provide prior information regarding the last date to file return. Hence need not worry .

Service Tax Return (ST 3) for the period 1st July- 30th September, 2012 is now available in a modified format for e-filing in ACES and the last date for filing of returnof the said period is 15th April, 2013.
