Share in mothers property

Dear sir,

We are four daughters and one son. my father has made some property in my mothers name. My mother is alive(92) and her condition is not good now. my brother has made a sale deed in between his wife and my mother that my mother has sold 2/3 of the property to her wife for future mentainance of my mother's health in 30 kakhs and gave the property to builder for apartment. My mother is staying with Can i get some share in that apartment.

please advice me

You will get share in remaining 1/3rd of property.

Thanks for your advice. But my mother has not in a state to sell. My brother and his wife did it by taking signature of her without our consent. We donot want any share but we want that he should enjoy the property with consent of all. My brother is a govt Class III employee and her wife is a house wife. How she brought 30 lakh rupees. that's a question also. and my brothers wife has done agreement with the builder. we want injuction on the construction. is that possible?
