Sisters rights in disturbed,unmarried and missing brother

Recentally i speedpost notice to my brothers ----

 I Real Sister and one of the legal heirs ofup to 33.33% of my elder brother (who 

 

   is missing 14/02/2011 sending you Notice that:-   

 

1. My brother is mentally disturbed since last more than 25 years and is  

 

    Unmarried

 

2. He is the share holder of below mention properties

 

    (a) House in 32 A Chandigarh up to the extent of 50%

 

    (b) House in 20 A Chandigarh up to the extent of 25%

 

    (c)  House in Sector   7   Panchkula up to the extent of  8.33%

 

 3. He is also a partner of Partnership Firm along With his mother ,brother and sister

 

     in law(25% each)

 

     So you are noticed to

 

    (a)  Disclose the total income of My Missing brother from above mention

          

           Properties and Partnership since March 2011, to August 2012.

 

    (b)  Present the relevant proofs of Rupees 2 Lakhs which was received by my

 

          brother as his share in sale of property in Industrial Area ,Chandigarh  and

     

    (c) Deposit the  further incomes of Missing Satish Kumar Grover in joint account of

 

          all the three legal heirs of Satish Kumar Grover. Within 30 days or Face Legal

 

         Proceeding.
