Iam staying in malad west, mumbai.
Our society has not got conveyance from developer. Original owners name is still there in propety card.
Original owners had given all rights to developer.
Original owners are staying with us in our society.
Developer has said in agreement with flat owners that he will give conveyance.
Recently, developer has given power of attorny to society members to sign conveyance deed.
My question is in conveyance deed do we have to take owener / developer as conforming party or only society members (who got power from developer) will have to sign
