Software Comp Releaving Policy

Hi sir,

I am working in a Software Company for last 2 years. Now i want to leave my present company but according to my comp policy i need to serve 3 months or we need buy th notice period if any short notice will be there. I resigned on Oct 5h, 2009.

I spoke with my bosses I need to leave i have some issues and i told i am ready to pay 3 months and they are saying u need to finish u r work. if u finish your work also I am not going to release you like that they are saying. If u want pay money its require our apporval like tat they saying.

I need some urgent help on this how i need proceed on this..

plz help me how to proceed on this issue..

THE BUYING OF NOTICE PERIOD GENERALLY NOT WRITTEN IN ANY APPOINTMENT /OFFER LTRS,

BUT BUY DEPOSITING THE SAME AMOUNT OF YOUR THREE MONTHS(CTC)IN YOUR COMPANY A/C YOU CAN PUT UR PAPERS.

IF THEY FAIL TO ACKDG THE RESIGNATION & RELEAVING LTR ,SEND BY REGD WITH ACK DUE POST AND ONE CERTIFICATE OF POSTING.

THESE TWO THINGS CAN BE USED AS PROPER RESIGN&RELEVING.

DONOT WORRY ABOUT OTHER THREATS OF LEGAL ACTIONS,DAMAGES,POLICE CASE OF CHEATING ETC., ALL OR BULSHEETS BY BOSSES.

ANY THING COMES TO YOUR CAREER HUDLE WE ARE ALL THE TIME AVAILABLE

Thanks for the reply.

How can i deposit the money in companies account also they are telling we should agree for u r releaving. we will decide u have to pay or u have to serve 3 months..

If i deposit money with out their approval its not correct sir.. My main worry is this..

My future comp they are ready to buy my notice period. I explained same problem with them they said we need releaving letter.

For me its really getting problem...can u tell me exactly wat can i do>?

In our HR policy they  mentioned like this

"Part waiver of the notice period is only under extenuating circumstances and
payment of notice pay will have to be done.
Exceptions of any waiver on notice period must have the approval of Functional
Head and HR Head."

THE COMPANY GOING HIRE U THEY CAN BE VERY WELL EXPLAIN THE PRESENT SITUATION, IN DELAY OF RELEAVING LTR. THEY CAN ALLOW U SOME TIME TO PRODUCE THE SAME.

MEANWHILE THE PREVIOUS COMPANY CAN UNDERSTAND UR JOINING AND DOES SOME SETTLEMENT. THEY CANNOT SIT ON THE RESIGNATION PAPER AFTER 90DAYS, THEY HAVE TO TAKE DECISION LIKE CHARGING SOME AMOUNT OR RELEAVING IN SMOOTH MANNER.

THERE IS NO OTHER PROCESS OF MAKING ANY TROUBLING SITUATION TO UR CAREER.

PUT UR PAPERS,SEND D.D OF 3MOTHS (CTC) ,SAY GOOD BYE,.....

P.S:: DONNOT CORRESPOND ON EMAILS OF COMPANYS,ALWAYS WRITE LETTERS.
