HELLO I am a 25yr Hindu boy and want to marry (without any side getting converted) a 26 yr girl who is a roman catholic. But the girl insists me for a marriage in church so that she isn't betryaed from the church. So, another equivalent to Arya Samaj comes up in the form of Snehalaya in Mumbai who give shelter to such couples but I am not sure about whether they go for conversion or not. We are in doubt whether to go for marriage with Arya Samaj or Snehalaya or Court Marriage as our case falls in Special Marriage Act. We are right now in B'lore and shall put the plan into action once we have secured our life with job security. We have the know-how that we need to fill up a form with legal documents 1 month prior to get the approval from the court for marriage. Now I want to ask if we give our permanet address will the court send any letter to our hometown to our parents and which shall to their utter dismay only bring about rejection. We dont want to disclose our marriage to our parents before getting married. Both the families know about this relation but because of the opposition created from both sides ours is still a secret. My girl is under heavy pressure to finalize engagement with someone before she gets settled with a job because somewhere in her parents mind my presence still exists of eloping with their daughter. So, this leaves with certain questions-
1) Should we get married in Snehalaya, Arya Samaj or Court ?
2) Is there any way where the court would not subscribe about our marriage to our parents or to the regional court of our hometown?
3) Is there any way where we could get married secretly after all legal procedure and witness? Eg: Any other thing like Snehalaya???
