Our slum area was developed by developer in SRA scheme 5 years back, Then he registered society as per SRA law and given handover to society committee members. Now the problems is since 5 years our committee not given attention on our problems & suggestions such as..
- Since 5 years they are taking maintenance without proper breakup such as sinking fund and others breakups
- After 3 years they increased maintenance charges from rs. 800 to 1000 and not giving minutes copy.
- Nor accepting our letters and denied to give receiving since 5 years
- Not issued share certificates
- Not issuing nominations
- They know only one rule like “put inertest on balance maintenance amount”
- When we denied to give additional maintenance charges, they are not accepting our cheques Rs. 800/- . told that we will accept only rs. 1000/- cheque
- As per SRA law developer had give amount for subsidy but since 5 years committee not given any subsidy.
Therefore due to lot of problems, we had escalated this case to SRA authority and in that result SRA taken election six month back. But still same condition is going on.
We have stopped to give maintenance since 1 years, now they are telling that we will issue a legal notice and put legal charges to us.
Refer to above case, committee is not following single rule of Bye-laws and how we will take control. We are only 5 people who is demanding actual rules /administration out of 34 tenants.
Kindly suggest the way.
