Hi ,
I am intersted to buy one site.I got the sale deed from the owner.The sale deed is not on the stamp paper .But it is written on the A4 paper and all the registarar office stamp and khata number is mention on that.The owner is saying we have paid the stamp Duty by DD.Plz let me know is there any issue if the sales deed is paid through DD.
