Hi,

Need some guidance on the following issue :

Our company is into exceutive search, placements, training Consulting, corporate office based out of Bombay.
We have 2 sets of employees :
* One who work for our organisation which are from HR, Trg, Finance, Buss Dev teams - we call them Core team &
* Another set of employees who work for other organisation on specific projects/assignments in India but on our company's payroll which are approx 4000 employees - we call them outsourced employees.

We have ESI,PF & legal consultants engaged with us but we are really not happy interms of their services & the responsibilties.

My queries are :
1. In terms of statutory/Legal complainces what are the necessary things required from our company stand point, which we must follow for our Core team & for outsourced employees.

2. Can someone guide us with a check list & necessary legal requirements for the same.

3. We are also looking for Legal consultants/Advisors who can assist us in carrying out these practices on a long term basis. Pls let us know if you know someone.

Looking forward to advise from all senior & experienced lot.

Regards,
Hena

The principle employer is liable to ensure all statutory compliance, better you can try to change consultants.

If you want more clarification please contact us.
