Can a GPA holder of a particular property sub-delegate his/her power to others for the purpose of sell of the concerned property?

Dear Querist,
Normal rule is a delegate cannot further sub-delegate (delegatus non potest delegare). But it can be done in situations where :-
1) The Document (GPA) itself allows;
2) The nature of authority/work - necessitates;
3) A trade custom or usage can be proved which allows such sub delegation.
