Hello, My Fiance stays in a Flat shared by 5 other girls, the owner has a agreement signed with one of the 4 girls, lets name her (R), the owner is the Lesser and (R) is the Lessee/Tenant, my fianance happens to be the Subtenant.
All the girls have been paying their share of rent via bank transfer to the person (R) however there is no such paper agreement signed by the remaining other 5 girls. Now the 4 girls including (R) have teamed up and wants my fiance and her room mate to move out of house. they have paid for this month that is for dec 2015 and despite of my fiance saying that give us time till 31 dec they have insisted for these 2 girls to move out before 15 of this month.
Can you'll assist on what can be done on this case? should we go and file a police complaint on the person (R) or what can be done inorder for them not to evict these 2 girls?
