I seek help as it is a self-acquired property and after the death of husband, and there are no children, kindly guide if mother of husband is legally entitled for any compensation so far as this flat is concerned. To my mind, since it is a self acquired property, it is upto the owner to decide whom he gives and not to give - none of them are legally entitled. Kindly guide.
