suggestion

sir

my grand father holds ancestral or self dont no he is dead.

he had 2 son and 3 daughters, while before death he made a will that the property is divided to 2 sons andhe has done marriages to all 4 children except last dauhghter and this should be done by 2 brothers seeing a nice family and died.but the 2 brothers married  the lastdaughter to a man of poor family and sent her with that man

and didnt even turn up and had contacts with her sister ,later on she died of diseases because she no money to get cured and she had 2 sons and 1 daughter,no house only rent house,husband drunkard so the children came to streets, so the 2 sons and 1 daughter got the rights on their mothers fathers property so please give suggestion how to get property.

First of all get a copy of the will. In that will  you will find the status of the property.If in the will it is nowhere written as to how your grandfather has got that property,you can presume that it is ancestral property and file suit for partition saying that he had no right to make will for share of the daughter.
