police have filed case against me for 40000 rs which is a dispute between me and my party. its been more than one year now i didnt approached them. i am scared coz if they arrest me my name will spoil. one friend told me that wait for the police to file chargesheet so that u can surrender to court. now if i surrender and court didnt granted me bail then how many days i have to sit in jail? till the trial ends or is there any way out? pls advise.

yes if you surrender before the court after enquiry you will released from bail, same time could possible to amicable settlement from your party. same time you will not surrender after charge sheet filed, the court may annonced that proclamation accused. so you best file AB. or surrender.

sir, i agree that after enquiry i will be released on bail. but police have already filed a case and if i approach the police they will first show arrest and then they will produce me in court. but if i am arrested even if for one hour then also my name will spoil in families and relatives. the police officer once asked me for 25000 rs as bribe. the mediator said that if i give money to police then they will not come to ur house for arrest and they will file the chargesheet and then u can surrender to court and ask regular bail.so can i approach court and ask for regular bail after they file final chargesheet? can i get bail? and if i didnt get then how many days they will keep me in jail? case is for 40000 rs. is it possible to deposit this much amount to court and ask for bail?
