Dear People,
One of our employee got suspended few years back. He was working with our company as a drivier, he filed the petition against the management of our company and court in returns has issued us a notice to pay him back wages.
my question is, do we need to submit his PF contribution during the pendency of suspension order before local PF office every month?
please let me have a solution of the said query.
