Suspension of enrolment as an advocate

  1. If an Indian advocate is employed as a legal consultant/ legal advisor in a law firm as well as a company in abroad on a full time basis does he need to intimate the Bar Council and suspend his practice?
  2. If he has failed to do so can he subsequently suspend his practice with retrospective effect?
  3. Will there be any disciplinary action by the Bar council against the advocate if he does so?
  4. if yes, what would be disciplinary action.

Clarification may kindly be rendered with appropriate rules, procedures and case laws, if any.

it is technical matter and problem will arise only when some body complains with evidence.
