any lawyer can reply,if any muslim lawyer who knows about muslim women law 1986 can through some light.my crpc 127 main is going in the court n i m paying money to her under crpc125.i want to give tahlaq in the court while proceding my case then judge will be my witness.this tahlaq will be valid or not.can i rwquest to judge that i ve given talahq in the court so ples u mention in the order that i ve given.i ve paid mehar at the time of nikah.what will be maxm bad will happen in my case.can muslim divorce lady go for revision maint petition.pls all senior member reply urgently.
