Tenant

There are two tenants "A" & "B" , Case There are two tenants "A" & "B" , Case filled against tenant "A" for bonofide filled against tenant "A" for bonofide need, whether tenant A can take need, whether tenant A can take objection that why case not filled objection that why case not filled against "B". a tenant can not ask or dectate to lanlord to get vacated another pemises from B.It is wish of lanlord to whom he got vacate .Another point is SUITABILITY if premises belongs to tenan A is more suitable to lanlord than objection of tenant A in  this regard is also not tenable.Lastly the Landlord is the best judge of his own requirement/need so tenant's objection has no value or importance.
